Acoustic laboratory
A complete lab for insertion loss measurements. The lab is equipped with a testchamber for objective analysis of hearing protectors. Noise generators are feeding speekers in the chamber. Using 1/3 octave band FFT analysis we perform insertion loss (and NRR, SNR calculations) measurements of hearing safety products.

Carbon fibre technology
Kompositprodukter has 25 years experience of carbon fibre filament winding, using in house developed filament winding machinery. We are using continuous fibre and wet impregnating epoxy matrix. Applications: Flywheels, Power Train Shafts, Flyers, Reinforcement of High Speed Rotors.
HSM
Kompositprodukter has worked with development and production of High Speed Motors of different types for more than 20 years. In co-operation with prof. Vilmos Török we have developed electrical synchronous High Speed Motors with carbon fibre reinforced rotors with permanent magnets (PM) and also Cyrano Motors with laminated rotors. The PM Synchronous Motors can operate at 50.000 rpm and 35 kW. The Cyrano Motors can operate at 100.000 rpm and 15 kW.
Compressors
Kompositprodukter is producing the screw elements for JMTECH/HPS twin screw compressors. The twin screw compressors are used to improve output torque of IC engines of performance cars and boats. Main market is US street cars.
